Attacking anxiety and depression is quite easy once you know how to do it. The methods I am going to teach you are all natural and make use of deep breathing techniques. There are many benefits to practicing deep breathing such as.
· Reducing blood pressure
· Sleeping better
· Improving productivity
· Reducing anger
· Strengthening your immune system
And the best thing is that it can be done in less than 5-10 minutes a day. There are two kinds of breathing that you can use for attacking anxiety and depression. They are abdominal breathing and anti panic breathing. Most people do not breathe properly instead of inhaling fully they breathe only into their upper chest which can lead to stress and hyperventilation. This kind of shallow breathing is unnatural if you've ever watched a baby breath you will know what I am talking about.
To perform abdominal breathing follow these steps
· Lie on your back
· Bend your knees slightly so that your back is flat
· Place one hand on your stomach
· Place one hand on your chest
· Breath so that that your abdomen rises and falls more that your chest
To perform anti panic breathing follow these steps
