Simplify Panic Disorder Symptoms

Imagine that you are walking down a hallway and the walls are closing in on you. You see the end of the hall as you are running full speed toward the light, but you cannot run fast enough, the walls are closing in on you! This is how anxiety makes people feel. You worry that you cannot make it to the end of that hall no matter how hard you try, and while you are trying, your huffing and puffing, and feeling as if you cannot breathe.

These are the types of feelings that affects millions of people everyday. It's a combination of the worrisome feeling, that disaster is around the corner, and doom is the focus. While it would be much easier to treat if only a certain age group dealt with anxiety disorder, it actually plagues individuals of all different ages. Whether you think about family, work, health, money or another issue, anyone one of them could trigger an attack.

Anxiety symptoms include intense headaches, sweating, irritability, muscle tension, nausea, and tiredness. People ridden with anxiety disorder feel on edge a lot of the time.

Often times, people with panic attacks have troubled relationships with friends and family due to always feeling they have to be on guard against whatever bad may come to them. Other anxiety symptoms include tiredness, trembling, difficulty focusing on a task at hand, and difficulty falling and staying asleep. Many people with anxiety disorder also feel shortness of breath and often gasp for air.

Are you ready for another scenario? You jump in the pool at a family event and all of the sudden a drowning sensation comes over you. You start sinking to the bottom with your arms moving relentlessly. You just can't get to the top fast enough and when you do, you shoot out like a cannon gasping for air. When you compose yourself, everyone else is looking at you awkwardly. However, this can happen anywhere.

There are many factors that can cause anxiety disorder. One of the first to think about is genetics. These traits that are passed down by other generations, and they play a role in many of the disorders out there. However, the anxiety disorder sits at the top.

Another factor at the top of the list includes factors from the environment, such as abuse, death, and basic changes in life. These environmental factors cause change that can be difficult to handle.

An important aspect to understand is that Anxiety Symptoms can destroy a person's life. You have to figure out how to handle it properly. The symptoms themselves will vary depending on your age. The simple solution is to talk it out with a friend or family member, maybe meditation, or go out and take a walk.

It's not odd if the person develops other disorders when they already endure an anxiety disorder. Things like depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and many others are notable. This is why it's extremely important to handle anxiety symptoms. If you know someone with anxiety disorder, they may not want to see a professional at first. If not, we recommend talking it out with a close friend, or getting a self-help book to try to resolve it alone. Taking this route will bring about many books written by doctors who have made a difference in their own lives.

However, we do recommend starting with baby steps. Anxiety symptoms can definitely be overwhelming, especially for children. If you can address the situation early, you will have more options to help control the situation. Understand that anxiety disorder is a reaction to stress, but if it's disabling a person it needs to be handled. We deserve the chance to enjoy life, especially away from all the anxiety symptoms out there.
